You keep your job, your classes, and your family time. Our intensive outpatient program at Dillard Recovery runs several therapy sessions each week, scheduled to fit around those commitments.
Your first day starts with a full assessment. We look at your substance use, your mental health, your history, and what you need to stay stable at home.
From there, we build a treatment plan around you. Individual therapy, group sessions, and skills work all target your specific situation.
You get a dedicated case manager. That person coordinates your care, tracks your progress, and adjusts the plan when things change.
The support does not stop when the program ends. Your case manager helps you set up aftercare so you leave with a clear next step.
