Pack the night before your arrival at Dillard Recovery. It keeps morning stress low and gets you out the door on time. Aim for one bag you can carry yourself.
Bring these:
- Comfortable clothing for about a week, plus something warm
- Closed-toe shoes and shower sandals
- Your photo ID and insurance card
- All prescriptions in their original labeled bottles
- A list of any medications, doses, and your pharmacy
- A small amount of cash and a phone charger
- Toiletries without alcohol listed in the first few ingredients
Leave these at home:
- Any alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
- Weapons of any kind
- Valuables and expensive jewelry
- Outside food or drinks
- Products with alcohol, like mouthwash or aftershave
Not sure about a specific item? Pack it and ask at check-in. Staff will store or return anything that cannot stay on-site. You will not be turned away over a packing question.
