Client Guidebook
Your first week runs on a set schedule: therapy, groups, meals, and rest. This guidebook walks you through daily structure and how phone and visitor policies differ by program. You will work closely with a case manager. Your family can stay involved throughout your treatment.
Client Guidebook, The Details
Your first day at Dillard Recovery starts with intake paperwork and a walk-through of the space. Staff show you where you sleep, eat, and meet with your care team. By the end of day one, you know your daily schedule.
Days follow a set structure. You can expect:
- Morning check-in and medication if prescribed
- Group sessions and individual therapy
- Meals at fixed times
- Free time for rest, reading, or calls
Phone and visitor rules depend on your program. Detox limits access early on. Residential opens up as you settle in. Ask your case manager for the exact policy on your level of care.
Your case manager is your main point of contact. They coordinate your treatment plan, track your progress, and handle discharge planning. Bring them your questions. That is what they are there for.
Families stay involved through scheduled calls, visiting hours, and family therapy sessions. We keep you looped in on progress when your loved one signs a release. Call the front desk anytime to ask what you can send or bring.
